Mezzanine floor is widely used in warehouse with high ceiling height, goods in small size but large quantity and manpower operated. It can highly improve space utilization. It is usually in 2 to 3 levels high, according to actual venue specific requirement, and equipped with stairs, handrail, loading gate, elevator, etc. It is especially applicable for storage of automobiles components, electronic products. Loading is ≤500kg per square meter and goods can be handled by manpower, elevator, conveyer belt and forklift, etc.

There are two types of Cantilever rack: one side lever and double side, uprights are unique with a special design of reinforcement. Each lever can bear weight of 2 tons with an adjustable height at 100mm per unit. It has the features of easy to access, light weight but high loading and good space utilization, which is suitable for warehouse that is small with low ceiling. It is easy for goods management as it provides wide view for operator in one glance. Often used in storage goods like panels, ring-shape materials, goods with long length or irregular shape.

The use of flow racking systems allows the rack to slant forward for easy access to product. Carton flow lanes provide better organization of product storage. All products are picked using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method of inventory control.
