After receiving engineering consultation and conducting preliminary communication, we will visit the site for inspection and measurement. In order to understand all the needs from various departments of the client's company in advance, so to devise a satisfying plan for everyone, discussion with all parties is a prerequisite.
By combining space allocation, use of building materials, ventilation and lighting, etc., we create specialize work space and atmosphere for every client.
Upon drawing the floor plan and furniture arrangement, we will discuss with our clients again for further planning suggestions. Once the agreement reached, we start to work on the timetable and quotation of the construction contract.
After the quotation is signed, we will select the material samples and prepare the complete construction drawing. Once everything is ready, the project starts.
During the project, we will closely coordinate with the engineering staff and clients on every matters and monitor the progress, so to ensure a successful completion.
Beyond completion of the project, we will provide 1- year project maintenance and follow-up service, so our clients can work without worries.
